Water rich in sodium sulphate is traditionally used for digestive disorders, metabolic imbalances and musculoskeletal complaints — as prescribed by a doctor.
A regular drinking cure with Glauber water, combined with balneotherapy, is used for digestive conditions, metabolic disorders, musculoskeletal problems and recovery programmes.
A drinking cure on an individual plan, mineral and carbonic baths, wraps, inhalations and therapeutic exercise — all under daily medical supervision.
The spring's composition cannot be replicated artificially. Františkovy Lázně is part of the West Bohemian Spa Triangle and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2021.

Your treatment plan is drawn up at the initial check-up — around your goal and condition. Treatments take place in-house, Monday to Saturday, for guests aged 18 and over.
Carbonic — improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, calms the nervous system. Dry CO₂ — works on deep vessels, helps with hypertension. Herbal — cleanses the skin, relaxes or invigorates. Mud — releases muscle tension, helps with joint pain and spinal conditions. Sulphur — for rheumatism, allergies and skin problems. Salt — drains excess fluid, supports metabolism. Pearl — for nervous complaints, insomnia, stress. Aromatic — melts away tension and fatigue. Also: foot jacuzzi, underwater massage, Cleopatra milk bath.
Classic massage — partial and full body, peeling massage, underwater massage, acupressure, aroma massage, manual lymphatic drainage. On doctor's orders: manual therapy and soft techniques.
Laser therapy, electrotherapy, ultrasound, magnetotherapy, oxygen therapy, inhalations, gas injections, paraffin for hands and feet, lymphatic drainage, cryochamber.

Everything worth knowing before arrival
EU and Schengen citizens need no visa. Guests from most non-Schengen countries require a Schengen visa — we provide a booking confirmation and hotel invitation for your application and can advise on the paperwork.
About 2.5 hours from Prague by car or train, around 40 minutes from Karlovy Vary. The nearest airport is Prague. We can arrange a private transfer on request.
Buffet breakfast (7:00–9:00) and dinner with a choice of three dishes (17:00–19:30). Lunch can be added: soup, a choice of three dishes, salads. The mineral water drinking cure is part of every programme. Dietary meals on doctor's orders; a second breakfast and afternoon snack are possible for diabetics.
The cure is traditionally used for digestive conditions, metabolic disorders and musculoskeletal complaints, as well as for recovery. Main contraindications: acute inflammation and infections, active oncological disease, severe heart failure, pregnancy. Discuss your plans with your own doctor before travelling — the spa doctor confirms the scope of treatments at the initial check-up.
Yes. Choose "Room only" with breakfast, or the gentle Relax and Wellness programmes — with access to the pool and saunas, without a full medical course.
The hotel has 9 parking spaces (€15 per day) and 2 EV charging points. Spaces are limited — please reserve yours when booking. The spa tax is a local levy of 50 CZK per person per night; add it to your booking or pay on arrival.
