Description of the procedure:
The body of a patient immersed in a bath is affected by a stream of water, whose temperature is 35–38 °. Within the first few minutes, the patient adapts to the bath, after which the stream of water is directed sequentially to different parts of the body, massaging the front and back surfaces of the legs, thighs, buttocks, abdomen, chest and back. The technique of underwater massage shower is selected individually taking into account the nature of the disease and the individual characteristics of the body, the presence of concomitant diseases and complications. Massage reduces joint pain, relaxes muscle tension, stimulates the lymphatic system, improves blood circulation.
The main indications:
Diseases of the circulatory system, musculoskeletal system, respiratory and nervous systems, pain in the joints and muscles, spinal injuries with the development of osteochondrosis and radiculoneuritis, consequences of injuries of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the joints, muscles and tendons, nervous tension, vegetative-vascular dystonia , pathological menopause, hypertension.
The main contraindications:
Hypertension of a high degree, acute inflammation of any etiology and localization, impaired cerebral circulation, the presence of stones in the urinary tract, varicose veins and thrombophlebitis.
