Ultrasound therapy

Description of the procedure:

The therapeutic effect in this procedure is achieved using a modern device that emits ultrasonic waves of different frequencies. When exposed to high-frequency sound waves, tissue is compressed and stretched, thereby stimulating recovery processes. The lower frequency limit is used to treat deeply located tissues, and the upper frequency limit is for inflamed tissues closer to the skin surface. By adjusting the frequency, the specialist concentrates the effects of ultrasound on problem areas, avoiding interaction with healthy organs and tissues. Ultrasound therapy is absolutely painless. Sometimes the procedure can be felt as weak heat at the point of exposure.
