Description of the procedure:
Peat is the richest natural source containing up to 80% of humic substances. These substances are able to bind heavy metals, ions, as well as organic compounds of biological origin, which is the basis of antibacterial action. A mineral bath with a temperature of 36 – 38 ° C, with the addition of peat, favorably affects, first of all, degenerative diseases of the joints and spine. During the procedure, the organic substances contained in peat penetrate the skin and act on the body like biological stimulants.
The main indications:
Inflammation of the joints and spine, rheumatic diseases, chronic diseases of the urinary tract, osteoarthritis of the knee, femur and other joints, infertility, the state after gynecological operations, chronic gynecological inflammation, atopic eczema, psoriasis.
The main contraindications:
Epilepsy, coronary heart disease, severe hypertension, fever, active tuberculosis, severe liver, kidney, thyroid disease, arterial hypertension, severe pathologies of the cardiovascular system, tumors.
